Arnel long worked for business owners who believed that you have to work, work, work to build your business and that your spouse and family will just have to understand. Whether serving as Area Director of BNI or franchisee of his local business advisory and business consulting firm, Arnel saw how this philosophy of build the business first and the ideal lifestyle will follow sometime—always in the future—dominated the business owners he knew. It even dominated the way he ran his own business and life. Then one day, Arnel asked himself, "Why own a business if you are going to sacrifice the most important people in your life to get there?"
This insight drove Arnel to change his mindset, and he has spent the past 15 years helping small business owners grow their businesses without sacrificing what’s really important: family, friends and living their ideal lifestyle. His passion is seeing the great results his clients achieve in their businesses and their lives.
A second generation Filipino American, Arnel learned from his parents the values of hard work, a college education and finding a career that would provide a good life for him and his family. He earned an RN with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University before transitioning to the life and business of an entrepreneur. Arnel is a veteran Navy Corpsman who served in Desert Storm.
Arnel lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He loves saltwater fishing, taking outdoor trips with his family and playing Pokémon Go with his youngest son. He is always seeking opportunities to develop personally and professionally.
