Chris has more than 25 years experience working with leaders in small and medium size businesses as well as corporate world headquarters and non-profit boards in technology, education, packaging, and nuclear industries. After being promoted to his first titled leadership position, Chris spent more than 20 years learning how to be an effective leader and now he can help bring out high performance in every leader he works with.
Chris believes that leadership starts with leading yourself and then leading without a title. He helps leaders to identify, create, and implement what makes them unique and authentic as a leader. Chris specializes in helping leaders to lead without a title, follow through on commitments, and create time to spend on the most important and highest value activities that produce results. Chris grew up in Centerville, a suburb south of Dayton, Ohio - he is a Buckeye. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 25 years and kids (one college graduate and twins in high school), spending time outdoors biking, kayaking, hiking, and training for his next race. He also listens to more podcasts than just about anyone else.
